- Project Goals/Project Outline: On a smaller budget, this project was completed in phases per the request of the client. The first part of the house to undergo the remodel was the dated 70’s kitchen. With a new support beam, we were able to open the kitchen and sitting area. The current dining room turned into a small room that would be used for a kid’s play area or office. We removed all the wood paneling from the living room and converted the existing bar back to its original purpose. The back of house was completed with updates to the bathrooms, closets, and flooring.
